Completed in February 2022, this new, state-of-the-art facility is a marvel of the latest in healthcare technology ready to serve the needs of the Lansing community.
The 10-story building encompasses over 500,000 square feet and demanded comprehensive and coordinated planning in order to complete the work to the highest standards. The emergency department, surgery department, patient bed tower and central utility plant required detailed and customized work in order to ensure the absolute best in patient care.
IBEW NECA 665 contractors and electricians worked as a Design Assist Partner on this massive undertaking. We utilized extensive prefabrication initiatives to increase schedule savings, decrease costs, increase safety, and deliver the highest quality electrical work. We’re honored to have helped create this extraordinary facility, which is dedicated to improving the care of people in our community.
